Seeking a qualified sales partner to help expand our Commercial Window Sales division.


Are you working in an income-limiting role in commercial construction sales? Do you love to work with contractors and architects helping them solve problems and get all the details right? Are you a naturally self-motivated person who has invested in learning about your trade and are often consulted with by your colleagues and customers? Do you know that you are the best, but don’t have the right products, support team and opportunity to prove it?


Seiffert is the exclusive Marvin Windows dealer in the Quad Cities Area. We have grown our Windows and Doors department over 4X over the last several years and have begun seeing strong success in commercial applications including historical renovations. We are looking to add a full-time lead sales executive who will focus on this market. A family-owned company since the turn of the century, Seiffert is the leader with Quad Cities residential contractors and has a strong team, support structure, and a recent track record of success to assist you in taking on this market.


You will be responsible to build strong relationships and leverage the Marvin commercial team while providing expertise, training, and consultation to commercial architects, contractors, and maintenance personnel. Your days will consist of identifying and developing commercial windows opportunities where your specialized product line fulfills unique construction challenges.


To be qualified, at a minimum you will need at least 3 years of sales experience and at least 3 years of experience working in the commercial construction field. You also need to have a CDT certification or significant experience reading and interpreting commercial blueprints. The key to success in this role will lie in your ability to add value to your customer’s needs rather than trying to win through endless quoting and hoping. Thus, you can expect to spend at least 50% of your days out in the field building your relationships, disseminating your know-how, and solving problems.
