Commercial Construction Sales

Seiffert is the exclusive Marvin Windows dealer in the Quad Cities Area. We have grown our Windows and Doors department more than 4X over in the last several years and have begun seeing success in commercial applications including historical renovations. We are looking to add a full-time lead sales executive who will focus on this market and cross sell with other products we offer.

 

A family-owned company since the turn of the century, Seiffert is the leader with Quad Cities residential contractors and has an excellent team, support structure, and a recent track record of success in this market to assist you in tackling this position. You will be responsible to build and maintain strong lasting relationships and leverage the Marvin commercial team while providing expertise, training, and consultation to commercial architects, contractors, and maintenance personnel. Your days will consist of identifying and developing commercial windows opportunities where your specialized product line fulfills unique construction challenges.

 

To be qualified, at a minimum you will need at least 3 years of sales experience working in the commercial construction field. You will also need to have a CDT certification or significant experience reading and interpreting commercial blueprints and the bidding process. The key to success in this role will be your ability to add value to your customer’s needs rather than trying to win projects through endless quoting and hoping. Thus, you can expect to spend at least 50% of your days out in the field building your relationships, sharing your know-how and solving problems. Compensation:

  • Base pay of $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
